We are seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to join the team of our outpatient dialysis clinic. The qualified candidate must be licensed in the State of Pennsylvania and be a Registered Dietitian with the Commissions on Dietetic Registration. At least one year of clinical nutrition experience is required. Previous experience in nutrition associated with ESRD patients is preferred. This person must be able to provide individualized nutrition assessment, intervention, monitoring, education, guidance and support to in-center and Home dialysis patients and family. They must support the interdisciplinary team through on-going communication with staff, physicians, and patients to improve outcomes. This is a full-time opportunity.
