The Clinic Manager plans, implements, and evaluations all aspect of operations. He/she recruits and trains team members have direct supervisory responsibility for team members to create and maintain a highly functioning team environment.

At KC Westminster, we seek a Clinic Manager who is a dedicated leader to drive quality, safety and support the team to achieve great results.

Job Requirements:

This qualified candidate must be organized and able to work independently. They also must possess solid management and computer skills, as well as financial experience. Current CO RN license is required. BSN is required. 3-5 years of experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility required. Must have a minimum of 24 months experience in nursing, with at least 12 months of dialysis experience obtained within the last 24 months. Top salary and benefits package will be offered to the qualified individual. This is a full time position.
