ARA’s Compliance Program is rooted in our Core Values – the ethical principles that drive every aspect of our business. We designed our Compliance Program to ensure we live up to those Core Values, adhere to our Code of Ethics and Conduct, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. As with all areas of ARA’s business, our Compliance Program is focused on quality patient care. For us, a strong Compliance Program serves to protect our patients’ rights, improve their health and safeguard their dignity.
Our staff and physician partners play a vital role in ARA’s Compliance Program. Their integrity, professionalism and dedication to our patients drive our corporate culture. We are committed to regular compliance education at all levels of the organization and encourage an open dialogue to quickly identify and address any compliance concerns.
