The Company provides clinical, technical, regulatory, and administrative support to the facilities. The facility Medical Director is empowered to make decisions and choose medical products and supplies. Nephrologists and staff are devoted to the patients' needs and are focused on providing the best quality of care with the intent of increasing patient satisfaction and ultimately their overall well-being. The Quality Improvement program recognizes the most current clinical goals as established by K-DOQI, the Networks and CMS. ARA support staff, which includes a National Medical Director, is available to assist facilities in attaining these goals.
