American Renal Opens New Facility in Virginia

DANVERS, MA - American Renal Associates Inc. (“ARA”) today announced the opening of Forest Park Dialysis Center, a new facility located in Richmond, Virginia. This is the third dialysis facility operated in partnership with Nephrology Specialists, P.C., the leading practice in the Richmond area.

ARA’s main focus is to develop new start-up (de novo) treatment facilities in partnership with physicians and to acquire existing dialysis units in selective strategic markets.
