ARA is one of the largest dialysis providers in the U.S. having grown
rapidly in the past few years and by offering an alternative to traditional
large dialysis chain ownership. In the ARA model, nephrologists have greater
clinical control and operational "say" in each facility. ARA
works in partnership with nephrologists to develop and manage the facility. 
Individuals
whose collective dialysis services experience exceeds 100 years together
as a management team formed ARA. These senior managers previously helped
build the world's largest dialysis company and had responsibility for
the operation and development of hundreds of facilities throughout the
United States and overseas.
