Report to our Chief Compliance Officer. You may send an email directly to our Chief Compliance Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we treat all reports as confidential, emails are not anonymous and may not be secure.
Report Anonymously. Our 24-hour Compliance Hotline is anonymous and confidential. The Hotline is available to anyone – staff, former staff, physicians, patients, business partners, or members of the public. All good faith reports will be investigated.
No Retaliation. ARA encourages you to report potential violations and strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who makes a report in good faith or assists in a compliance investigation. Anyone who engages in retaliation will be subject to discipline —including termination— and potential civil and criminal liability.
